1. An apparatus for wireless communication, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory coupled to the at least one processor, the memory comprising code executable by the at least one processor to cause the apparatus to:
receive a feedback report, from a user equipment (UE), including a first state index, wherein the first state index is mapped to a plurality of channel condition parameters; and
determine one or more actions based, at least in part, on the first state index, wherein the code executable by the at least one processor to cause the apparatus to determine the one or more actions based, at least in part, on the first state comprises code executable by the at least one processor to cause the apparatus to determine the one or more actions utilizing a machine learning algorithm that uses a second state, wherein the second state is based, at least in part, on the first state index.
