1. A detergent or cleaning agent comprising at least one first phase and at least one second phase that is different from said first phase, wherein the at least one first phase is solid and particularly compressed and the at least one second phase comprises at least one polymer, and at least two polyvalent alcohols, and wherein the at least one second phase is dimensionally stable, linear-elastic and transparent, wherein the at least two polyvalent alcohols comprise a first polyvalent alcohol comprising an alkanetriol, and a second polyvalent alcohol comprising an alkanediol, and wherein the at least one polymer comprises a combination of gelatin and from 1 to 30 wt %, based on the weight of the at least one second phase, of a sulfopolymer containing a sulfonic acid group containing monomer.
