1. A chromium catalyst precursor represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:
[CrM1(L)x(R)6-x]n(W)m  [Chemical Formula 1]
wherein
M1 is a Group 13 element;
L is a ligand in a β-keto enolate form;
R is a halogen, C1-C10 alkoxy, or C6-C20 aryloxy;
W is a neutral coordination ligand;
n is an integer of 1 or 2;
x is an integer of 1 to 6; and
m is an integer of 2 to 4.
