1. A retractor comprising:
a frame including a central body, a first lateral extension and a second lateral extension, the first lateral extension including a first inner segment abutting the central body and a first outer segment extending from the first inner segment;
a first arm extending from the central body and a first rod attached to the first arm;
a second arm attached to the first inner segment of the first lateral extension and a third arm attached to the first outer segment of the first lateral extension, a second rod attached to the second arm and a third rod attached to the third arm;
a fourth arm and a fifth arm attached to the second lateral extension, a fourth rod attached to the fourth arm and a fifth rod attached to the fifth arm,
wherein the first rod is translatable along a first axis through a length of the first arm and the first rod is pivotable about a second axis transverse to the first axis,
wherein the first inner segment of the first lateral extension is movable relative to the central body and the first outer segment of the first lateral extension is movable relative to the first inner segment.
