1. A base station apparatus that supports Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access New Radio Dual Connectivity (EN-DC), comprising:
communication circuitry configured to transmit, to a terminal apparatus, a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message including a Data Radio Bearer (DRB) configuration, wherein
the DRB configuration is a configuration for establishing a Master Cell Group (MCG) bearer for the EN-DC,
the DRB configuration includes a DRB identity and a Packet Data Convergence Protocol Layer (PDCP) entity configuration associated with the DRB identity,
the PDCP entity configuration is a new radio (NR) PDCP entity configuration for an NR PDCP entity, and
the NR PDCP entity is established for the MCG bearer.
