1. A computing system comprising:
one or more processors; and
one or more computer-readable media storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
receive, from a computing device associated with a user, event data corresponding to a user interaction with a user interface of the computing device;
determine an efficiency score based on the event data;
determine that the efficiency score is less than a threshold score;
determine, based on determining that the efficiency score is less than the threshold score, a fault corresponding to the user interaction with the user interface;
determine an action for the user to perform based at least in part on the fault; and
cause a notification identifying the action to be presented on a display associated with the computing device.
