1. A bullet-absorbing concrete structure constructed with a concrete mixture comprising:
(i) about 1 part by mass cement;
(ii) about 0.8 to 1.2 part by mass fine aggregate;
(iii) about 0.008 to 0.012 part by mass fiber; and
(iv) air entrainment additive;
wherein the bullet-absorbing concrete structure is constructed with at least two arms and at least one center stem; and
wherein the concrete mixture is poured at a density of between about 88 and about 90.8 pounds per cubic foot.
