1. A drive assembly for a necker machine, said necker machine including a frame assembly and a plurality of processing stations, each processing station including a number of drive shafts, said drive assembly comprising: a number of motors, each motor including an output shaft; and a number of timing/drive belts, wherein the output shaft of each motor is structured to be operatively coupled to: one or more drive shafts of the number of drive shafts of a first processing station of the plurality of processing stations, one or more drive shafts of the number of drive shafts of a second processing station of the plurality of processing stations via one or more timing/drive belts of the number of timing/drive belts, and a number of drive wheel assemblies, each drive wheel assembly structured to be operatively coupled to a drive shaft of the number of drive shafts of a respective processing station of the plurality of processing stations, wherein the output shaft of each motor is operatively coupled to a corresponding drive wheel assembly of the number of drive wheel assemblies; wherein each drive wheel assembly includes a double wide drive wheel; and wherein each drive wheel is a cantilevered drive wheel.
