(b) a nozzle through which the aqueous hypohalite sanitizing or disinfecting composition is dispensed during use; and
(c) a tubing for conveying the aqueous hypohalite sanitizing or disinfecting composition from the reservoir to the nozzle;
(d) wherein the tubing exhibits at least a 65% recovery of hypohalite after 24 hours of contact between the hypohalite sanitizing or disinfecting composition and the tubing, wherein the associated tubing comprises one or more materials selected from the group consisting of: fluorinated ethylene propylene and plasticizer free PVC and any combinations thereof.
