7. A method to decrease eye trauma in a subject while treating an eye disease in an eye of the subject, the method comprising:
(a) generating, by a delivery device, a magnetic field using a plurality of magnetic elements, wherein:
the plurality of magnetic elements are permanent magnets, and wherein the plurality of magnetic elements includes a first set of magnetic elements having a first magnetization and a second magnetization, and produces a first magnetic field and a second magnetic field, the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field overlap to create a first combined field and a first push node that is configured to emit a first set of magnetic forces; and
the plurality of magnetic elements includes a second set of magnetic elements having a third magnetization and a fourth magnetization, and produces a third magnetic field and a fourth magnetic field, the third magnetic field and the fourth magnetic field overlap to create a second combined field and a second push node that is configured to emit a second set of magnetic forces;
(b) placing, a therapeutic agent locally on the eye of the subject;
(c) placing, the delivery device, proximal to the subject;
(d) pushing, by the first and second push nodes, the therapeutic agent using the first set and second set of magnetic forces, wherein the exterior of the eye is materially intact during a treatment; and
(e) adjusting, the plurality of magnetic elements with respect to each other via a pivot mechanism in the delivery device to configure the first set of magnetic forces to aligned directionally towards a first target location and the second set of magnetic forces to aligned directionally towards a second target location;
wherein at least two magnetic elements of the plurality of magnetic elements of the delivery device are pivotably arranged at an angle with respect to each other; and
wherein the therapeutic agent permeates into the eye, and the magnetic forces emanating from the first push node and the second push node push the therapeutic agent to the first target location and the second target location within the interior of the eye.
