1. An implant inserter, comprising:
a first portion comprising a first guide lumen;
a second portion comprising a second guide lumen;
an engagement member disposed between the first portion and the second portion; and
a carrier coupled to the engagement member and disposed between the first portion and the second portion, wherein the carrier is configured to translate along the engagement member as the engagement member is rotated in a first direction to move the first portion and the second portion toward each other, wherein the carrier is configured to translate along the engagement member as the engagement member is rotated in a second direction to move the first portion and the second portion away from each other.
