1. A system for predicting a disease status of a patient, the system comprising:
a detector circuit configured to be coupled to an ambulatory medical device implanted in or associated with the patient, where the detector circuit is further configured to:
receive physiological information of the patient from a physiologic sensor of the ambulatory medical device;
receive a risk indication indicating a clinical risk of the patient developing the disease status in a future time;
generate a first detection indication using a first signal metric,
and generate a second detection indication using a second signal metric,
the first and second signal metrics different from each other and associated with the received physiological information;
compute a composite score using a weighted combination of the first detection indication and the second detection indication each scaled by respective weight factors,
the respective weight factors determined based on the received risk indication;
and generate a composite prediction of the disease status based on a comparison of the composite score to a prediction threshold or a score range;
and an output circuit configured to generate an alert about the composite prediction of the disease status and present on a user interface the generated alert and the composite prediction of the disease status to a user or a patient management process of the system,
where the alert includes a display of the composite prediction and one or more of: the first signal metric, the second signal metric, the first detection indication, and the second detection indication.
