1. A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1:

1) Ar1 to Ar5, which are same or different, are each independently one selected from the group consisting of a C6-C60 aryl group; a substituent represented by Chemical Formula 1-1; a fluorenyl group; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; a C1-C50 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; a C2-C20 alkynyl group; a C2-C20 alkoxyl group; and a C6-C30 aryloxy group,
with a proviso that at least one of Ar1 to Ar5 is a substituent represented by Chemical Formula 1-1,
2) R1 to R4 are each independently on selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; deuterium; a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C2-C60 hetero ring group bearing at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si, and P as a ring member; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; a C1-C50 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; a C2-C20 alkynyl group; a C2-C20 alkoxyl group; and a C6-C30 aryloxy group, wherein multiple R3's or multiple R4's can combine with each other to form an aromatic or a heteroaromatic ring,
3) m, n, and p are each independently an integer of 0 to 4, with a proviso that when m, n, and p are each 2 or greater, the multiple R1's, R2's, and R4's can each be same or different,
4) o is an integer of 0 to 3, with a proviso that when o is 2 or greater, the R3's are same or different,
5) X is selected to be C(Ra) (Rb),
wherein Ra and Rb are each independently one selected from the group consisting of a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C2-C60 hetero ring group bearing at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si, and P as a ring member; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; a C1-C50 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; a C2-C20 alkynyl group; a C2-C20 alkoxyl group; a C6-C30 aryloxy group; and a C6-C60 arylene group and
Ra and Rb can optionally combine with each other to form a spiro compound with the carbon atom bonded thereto,
6) L is one selected from the group consisting of a single bond; a C6-C60 arylene group; a fluorenylene group; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; and a C2-C60 hetero ring group bearing at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si, and P as a ring member;
wherein the aryl group, the fluorenyl group, the arylene group, the hetero ring group, the fused ring group, the alkyl group, the alkenyl group, the alkoxy group, and the aryloxy group may each be further substituted with one or more substituents, and each of the one or more substituents is selected from the group consisting of deuterium; halogen; a C1-C20 alkyl group or C6-C20 aryl group-substituted or unsubstituted silane group; a siloxane group; a C1-C20 alkylthio group; a C1-C20 alkoxyl group; a C1-C20 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; a C2-C20 alkynyl group; a C6-C20 aryl group; a deuterium-substituted C6-C20 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C2-C20 hetero ring group; a C3-C20 cycloalkyl group; a C7-C20 arylalkyl group; and a C8-C20 arylalkenyl group, wherein the substituents may combine with each other to form a ring wherein the term “ring” refers to a C3-C60 aliphatic ring, a C6-C60 aromatic ring, a C2-C60 hetero ring, or a fused ring group consisting of a combination thereof whether it is saturated or unsaturated.
