1. A method for providing emergency response assistance to an emergency service provider (ESP) that handles 9-1-1 emergency calls, the method comprising:
providing an emergency response application to an ESP, the emergency response application provided to the ESP through a webpage accessible using a web browser and comprising a graphical user interface (GUI) comprising an interactive map and an incident queue comprising one or more incidents associated with one or more respective emergency calls, wherein the emergency response application is executed on a workstation at the ESP;
receiving, in response to an emergency call initiated by an electronic device, emergency data comprising a device identifier associated with the electronic device and an emergency location generated by the electronic device, wherein the emergency location is within a jurisdiction associated with the ESP;
based on the emergency location generated by the electronic device being within the jurisdiction associated the ESP, transmitting the device identifier and the emergency location to the emergency response application provided to the ESP;
displaying an incident associated with the device identifier within the incident queue and the emergency location as an incident location within the interactive map;
receiving, through the GUI of the emergency response application, a selection input of the incident from the incident queue; and
in response to receiving the selection input, providing a single incident view displaying information associated with the incident within the GUI.
