1. A method, comprising:
merging a first definition of a first mobile region of interest on a first mobile device with a second definition of a second mobile region of interest on at least one second mobile device to form a third definition of a merged mobile region of interest when the first mobile device and the at least one second mobile device dynamically establish a mesh network; and
removing any of the mobile devices from the third definition of the merged mobile region of interest that are unable to communicate within the merged mobile region of interest;
wherein the definitions of the first, second, and third mobile regions of interest compromise a membership list of the mobile devices within the corresponding region of interest.
