1. A method implemented by one or more processors, the method comprising:
determining, at a computing device that is operating a messaging application, that a message, being drafted via a messaging interface of the messaging application, is subject to a group rule, wherein the messaging interface of the messaging application displays a selectable element that, when selected, enables a user that drafts the message, to accept or activate the group rule,
wherein determining that the message is subject to the group rule includes:
determining that one or more features of the message satisfy one or more parameters for applying the group rule to the message, and
determining the user has accepted or activated the group rule;
identifying, based on determining that the message is subject to the group rule, a set of recipient addresses associated with the group rule;
causing one or more address fields, rendered at the messaging interface of the messaging application, to be automatically modified by the messaging application prior to communicating of the message by the messaging application, wherein modifying the one or more address fields by the messaging application includes incorporating, into the one or more address fields, one or more recipient addresses, of the set of recipient address, that are not already incorporated into the one or more address fields of the message; and
communicating, by the messaging application and based on the modified one or more address fields of the message, the message to each recipient address of the set of recipient addresses.
