1. A radio frequency (RF) device, comprising:
a voltage generation and harmonic suppressor configured to receive a RF signal to output at least one direct current (DC) voltage related to the RF signal, and configured to suppress a harmonic generated by the RF signal in the voltage generation and harmonic suppressor; and
a RF circuit configured to receive the RF signal, and configured to perform an operation according to the at least one DC voltage,
wherein the RF circuit further comprises:
a first voltage selection circuit configured to generate one of a high-level power supply voltage of a logic circuit and a low-level power supply voltage of the logic circuit according to a first DC voltage and a first base voltage;
wherein a level of the first DC voltage varies with power of the RF signal, and the first base voltage is independent of voltage variations of the first DC voltage.
