1. A computer-implemented method of using telematics data associated with an originating vehicle and a destination vehicle, the method comprising:
receiving, by one or more processors, the telematics data, the telematics data being associated with operation of an originating vehicle and operation of a destination vehicle;
analyzing, by the one or more processors, the telematics data;
identifying, by the one or more processors, a travel event based upon at least one of an analysis of the telematics data and an analysis of a message associated with the travel event included within the telematics data; and
automatically generating an alert, by the one or more processors, that alleviates a negative impact of the travel event on the destination vehicle.
