1. An electronic-money-for-banks-system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a memory, the memory storing non-transitory instructions for executing a method, the method comprising:
receiving, by an electronic-money-for-banks-system, an original respective cash monetary payment from each corresponding entity in a plurality of entities, the electronic-money-for-banks-system comprising an invoice database, each of the plurality of entities being a bank having an account in the electronic-money-for-banks-system;
crediting, in the electronic-money-for-banks-system, the account of each respective entity in the plurality of entities with cash equivalents commensurate with their original respective cash monetary payment;
providing, by the electronic-money-for-banks-system, a first cash equivalent account for a first entity of the plurality of entities, and a second cash equivalent account for a second entity of the plurality of entities;
receiving, by the electronic-money-for-banks-system, an invoice for first financial transaction between a seller and a buyer and an approval to pay the invoice from the buyer, the invoice received from the invoice database and the approval provided electronically by the buyer in response to being presented with the invoice, the buyer being associated with the first entity and the seller being associated with the second entity;
settling, within the electronic-money-for-banks-system, the invoice based on and in response to the approval to pay the invoice from the buyer for the first financial transaction;
adjusting, within the electronic-money-for-banks-system, the first cash equivalent account for the first entity of the plurality of entities and the second cash equivalent account for the second entity of the plurality of entities in response to the settling of the invoice for the first financial transaction;
hosting, by the electronic-money-for-banks-system, a plurality of financial transactions occurring over a period of time including the first financial transaction, each financial transaction in the plurality of transactions being between the first entity and the second entity, wherein
each financial transaction in the plurality of financial transactions exchanges cash equivalents within the electronic-money-for-banks-system for rendered goods or services,
each financial transaction is settled within the electronic-money-for-banks-system in response to receiving an invoice for the respective transaction, and
each financial transaction in the plurality of transactions is registered with the electronic-money-for-banks-system;
adjusting, within the electronic-money-for-banks-system, the first cash equivalent account of the first entity of the plurality of entities and the second cash equivalent account of the second entity of the plurality of entities in response to the settling of each of the plurality of financial transactions between the first entity and the second entity within the electronic-money-for-banks-system;
receiving, by the electronic-money-for-banks-system, a cash request from a third entity in the plurality of entities, wherein the cash request comprises a request for cash in exchange for cash equivalents that the first entity has received within the electronic-money-for-banks-system through their original cash payment or through financial transactions in the plurality of financial transactions participated in by the first entity within the electronic-money-for-banks-system;
determining, by the electronic-money-for-banks-system, a value of the cash request and the balance of the first cash equivalent account of the first entity of the plurality of entities within the electronic-money-for-banks-system; and
responsive to the cash request, providing the third entity with cash for all or a portion of the determined cash value corresponding to the determined balance of the first cash equivalent account of the first entity within the electronic-money-for-banks-system.
