1. An integrated circuit comprising:
a plurality of standard cells each configured to receive a first supply voltage and a second supply voltage; and
a first power line, a second power line, a third power line and a fourth power line extending parallel to each other in a first horizontal direction and sequentially arranged in a second horizontal direction that is orthogonal to the first horizontal direction,
wherein the first power line and the third power line are configured to be applied by the first supply voltage,
wherein the second power line and the fourth power line are configured to be applied by the second supply voltage, and
wherein the plurality of standard cells comprises a first standard cell overlapping each of the first power line, the second power line, the third power line and the fourth power line in a vertical direction.
