1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising computer-executable instructions that, when executed, are configured to cause a processor to:
receive a first set of data from a first set of industrial automation components manufactured by a first entity, wherein the first set of industrial automation components is manufactured by the first entity and is not in communication with a second set of industrial automation components manufactured by a second entity that is different from the first entity, and wherein the first set of data comprises manufacturer identity data and product data;
identify reference data based on the manufacturer identity data and the product data;
retrieve the reference data from a storage component, wherein the reference data comprises information that enables the processor to translate the first set of data into a second set of data interpretable by the second set of industrial automation components manufactured by the second entity;
convert the first set of data into the second set of data based on the reference data; and
send the second set of data to the second set of industrial automation components, wherein the second set of industrial automation components is configured to adjust one or more operations based on the second set of data.
