A member for measuring a quantity representative of a common mode voltage (Vres) in an electrical network or in an equipment, the network or the equipment comprising at least a first power conductor and a second power conductor, the measuring member comprising a sensor formed by two resistive elements intended to be arranged in a bridge between the two power conductors and having identical resistance values to each other, the two resistive elements being connected at a midpoint, the sensor also comprising a measuring dipole connected on the one hand to the midpoint and on the other hand to a connection terminal intended to be connected to a common conductor of which the electrical network or the equipment has been equipped.
