1. A catalyst for producing an olefin, comprising an oxygen carrier material and a dehydrogenation catalyst,
wherein the dehydrogenation catalyst is Na2WO4-Cr/Zr-Al2O3 or LaCrO3/Zr-Al2O3;
wherein the oxygen carrier material comprises ZrO2-Y2O3 Mg6MnO8; or Na2WO4-Mg6MnO8 when the dehydrogenation catalyst is Na2WO4-Cr/Zr-Al2O3 and
wherein the oxygen carrier material comprises ZrO2-Y2O3 when the dehydrogenation catalyst is LaCrO3/Zr-Al2O3.
