1. A resuscitation device comprising:
a housing;
a shaft comprising a head, wherein the shaft is configured to move in a direction in which the head moves;
a gas-bag adjacent to the head and configured to store gas, the moving of the shaft causing the head to move in a single dimension along a surface of the housing to compress the gas-bag, the single dimension being in a direction of an axis of the shaft, wherein the gas-bag is configured to extend outside the housing through at least one opening in another direction and the gas-bag is locked in place using one or more detachable rods of the resuscitation device;
another head, wherein the moving of the head causes the gas-bag to be pressed against the other head; and
a valve operably coupled to the gas-bag, the compression of the gas-bag causing the gas-bag to release gas.
