1. A sagittal sizing guide comprising:
a first component comprising a mating extension, an extension opposite the mating extension, and an elongated sliding area, wherein the mating extension is configured to be attached at a first side of a first bone to a position adjustment device attached to the first bone and wherein the extension opposite the mating extension is configured to be manipulated;
a second component connected to the first component and configured to extend in front of a second side of the first bone, wherein the second component is configured to slide along the elongated sliding area; and
a radiopaque guide connected to the second component that corresponds to a length of a prosthesis component so that when a surgical alignment system is positioned for use on a patient, the radiopaque guide identifies a location at which a first resection of the first bone is to be performed.
