1. A method, comprising:
placing, by one or more computing devices, a contact in a waiting room list responsive to receipt of a communication from the contact via a communication channel;
creating, by the one or more computing devices, a new customer record responsive to a passlist selection of the contact from the waiting room list, the new customer record including information captured for the contact from the communication channel; and
updating, by the one or more computing devices, a filtered communication inbox to include the communication based at least in part on the contact's correspondence to the new customer record.
