1. A display device comprising:
a substrate;
a first connection wire disposed on the substrate and extends according to a first direction;
a second connection wire disposed on the substrate and disposed on a layer different from the first connection wire, wherein no wires are disposed between the second connection wire and the first connection wire in a plan view;
an insulating layer between the first connection wire and the second connection wire; and
a plurality of pads disposed according to the first direction and a second direction,
a first plurality of pads of the plurality of pads adjacent according to the first direction are disposed in different layers, a second plurality of pads of the plurality of pads adjacent according to the second direction are disposed in a same layer, and
the second direction corresponds to a row of the plurality of pads adjacent according to the second direction extending in a horizontal direction parallel to an edge of a plane defining the substrate.
