1. A method comprising:
for each of a first and second time period:
receiving a time series of data of a body region of a user, the time series of data associated with the respective time period;
generating a photoplethysmogram (PPG) dataset from the time series of data; and
determining a cardiovascular parameter value of the user based on the PPG dataset, the cardiovascular parameter value associated with the respective time period; and
using a chronobiological model, determining a cardiovascular metric based on (1) the cardiovascular parameter value associated with the first time period, and (2) the cardiovascular parameter value associated with the second time period.
