12. A display device comprising:
a display panel divided into a first display area and a second display area and including a first pixel positioned in the first display area and a second pixel positioned in the second display area;
a voltage generator, which provides a first anode initialization voltage to the first pixel in response to a voltage control signal and provides a second anode initialization voltage to the second pixel in response to the voltage control signal; and
a driving controller, which:
determines an operating mode;
when the determined operating mode is a multi-frequency mode, drives the first pixel at a first operating frequency and drives the second pixel at a second operating frequency; and
outputs the voltage control signal,
wherein the driving controller provides a valid data signal to the first pixel and the second pixel during a first frame in the multi-frequency mode, provides the valid data signal to the first pixel during a second frame in the multi-frequency mode, and provides an invalid data signal to the second pixel, and
wherein, during the second frame in the multi-frequency mode, the first anode initialization voltage has a first voltage level and the second anode initialization voltage has a second voltage level different from the first voltage level.
