1. A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising stored computer-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
receive a sequence of data characterizing a behavior of a target user over a period of time before the target user requests access to an operational context;
input a feature vector encoded from the sequence of data into a identity confidence model to output an identity confidence value for the sequence of data, wherein the identity confidence value describes a confidence that the behavior in the sequence of data was performed by the target user; and
provide the target user access to the operational context responsive to determining the identity confidence value is greater than an operational security threshold.
