1. A red fluorescent protein-based biosensor for measuring the activity of dopamine receptor D1, the biosensor comprising:
a recombinant gene comprising a dopamine receptor D1 gene, and a gene encoding a modified circularly permuted red fluorescent protein (cpRFP) ;
a recombinant expression vector comprising the recombinant gene; or
a transformant transformed with the recombinant expression vector, wherein the gene encoding the modified circularly permuted red fluorescent protein (cpRFP) comprises a gene encoding an amino acid sequence of the following Formula 1:
L1-cpRFP-L2  [Formula 1]
wherein, L1 comprises a linker peptide having LSS and any 2 independently selected amino acid residues at the N-terminus of cpRFP, and L2 comprises a linker peptide having any 2 independently selected amino acid residues and DDL at the C-terminus of cpRFP.
