1. A device of detecting a concentration of a sample, the device comprising:
a power supply unit configured to supply power to generate plasma;
a plasma generation unit connected to the power supply unit and comprising a pair of electrodes facing each other;
a plurality of signal detection units arranged on the electrodes and including one or more sensors configured to sense light emitted from the sample because of the plasma; and
a controller configured to control a driving start point of the signal detection unit so that the signal detection unit is driven after a preset period of time after oscillation from the electrodes is terminated, and
wherein the controller is configured to control the driving start point to enable the plurality of signal detection units are respectively driven in different delay times, and
wherein the controller is configured to equally control each period of time for which the one or more sensors measure light.
