1. An electroosmotic pump, comprising:
a first fluid pathway part and a second fluid pathway part;
a membrane having a porous structure and being between the first fluid pathway part and the second fluid pathway part;
a first electrode having porosity, being between the first fluid pathway part and the second fluid pathway part and disposed on the membrane, the first electrode comprising a first insulating porous support and a first electrochemical reaction material; and
a second electrode having porosity, being between the first fluid pathway part and the second fluid pathway part and disposed on the membrane, the second electrode comprising a second insulating porous support and a second electrochemical reaction material,
wherein the first electrochemical reaction material is substantially uniformly distributed on the first insulating porous support,
wherein the second electrochemical reaction material is substantially uniformly distributed on the second insulating porous support,
wherein fluid is in the first and second fluid pathway parts, the membrane and the first and second electrodes, and
wherein one or more of the first and second fluid pathway parts have a respective opening formed on any one space or both spaces on either side of the membrane and the first and second electrodes, and thereby provides a pressure by the movement of the fluid to an outside.
