1. A gas turbine engine, the gas turbine engine comprising:
a compressor section and a turbine section in serial flow arrangement;
a first conduit extended from the compressor section to the turbine section, the first conduit in fluid communication with the compressor section and the turbine section to communicate a flow of air from the compressor section to a first location at the turbine section;
a first heat exchanger positioned in thermal communication with the flow of air through the first conduit;
a second conduit in fluid communication with the first conduit at a location downstream of the first heat exchanger and in fluid communication with a second location at the turbine section, the second conduit configured to receive a portion of the flow of air from the first conduit, and wherein the second conduit is configured to deliver only the portion of the flow of air to the second location at the turbine section; and
a flow control device positioned in flow communication with the second conduit configured to modulate an amount of the flow of air from the first conduit through the second conduit.
