1. A method of distributing a plurality of prize pieces over a plurality of selectable objects in a computer game, comprising:
using at least one processor for:
causing a client device used by a user to play a computer game to display on its screen a plurality of selectable objects of the computer game, each of the plurality of selectable objects initially has a plurality of separable ends, each of the plurality of separable ends of each of the plurality of selectable objects is marked with one of a plurality of patterns;
causing the client device to display at least one prize pattern associated with at least one prize, the at least one prize pattern is indicative plurality of prize pieces;
computing a distribution of the plurality of prize pieces over at least some of the plurality of selectable objects;
causing the client device to alter the display of each of the at least some of the plurality of selectable objects on the screen by associating a respective one of the plurality of prize pieces with each of the at least some selectable objects according to the computed distribution; and
causing the client device to alter the at least one prize pattern, responsive to each correct match between at least one separable end of at least one of the at least some selectable objects and at least one separable end of at least one another selectable object, by populating the respective prize piece associated with the at least one of the at least some selectable objects in the at least one prize pattern.
