1. A method for manufacturing a component for a golf club head, the method comprising:
depositing liquid binder on a plurality of layers of a powdered material on a binder jet machine to bond the powdered material to form a green part for the component of the golf club head; and
sintering the green part for the component of the golf club head to create a final part, wherein the final part comprises at least one support member comprising an equivalent diameter and a spline;
wherein the equivalent diameter DE of a cross section taken at any point along the spline is calculated using a formula DE=(4*A/pi) (½), wherein A is an area of a cross-section of the support member;
wherein the equivalent diameter is greater than 0.010 inch and less than 1.000 inch and changes continuously along a length of the spline.
