OG exemplary drawing

1. A pressure regulator, comprising:
a first chamber having an inlet opening for connecting to an external vacuum source;
a second chamber having an outlet opening for supplying a regulated pressure to a regulated source;
a third chamber having a pressure opening for connecting to a pressure source;
a fourth chamber having a sensing opening for connecting to a pressure sensor that senses a pressure in the fourth chamber;
a flexible membrane fluidly isolating the third and fourth chambers from both of the first and second chambers, wherein the flexible membrane is movable by a vacuum pressure applied to the first chamber such that the third and fourth chambers are fluidly connected, and wherein the flexible membrane is movable by a pressure applied by the pressure source such that the first and second chambers are fluidly connected.
