1. A sauna comprising:
an enclosure for accommodating a user;
at least one heat source disposed within the enclosure;
a user control panel positioned on or within the enclosure; and
control circuitry in communication with the at least one heat source and the user control panel, wherein the control circuitry is operable to control the at least one heat source, and wherein the control circuitry comprises bridge circuitry operable to facilitate communication between a mobile device and the control circuitry to allow user control of the sauna using the mobile device, and wherein the control circuitry is operable to retrieve at least one shareable user profile from a remote server, the user profile comprising preferred settings for use by the control circuitry to control at least the heat source.
