1. A system comprising:
a collapsible collection container, the collapsible container comprising:
a vessel comprising a nonabsorbent material that is configured to collapse or fold from a first shape having a first empty volume into a second shape having a second empty volume, wherein:
in the first shape, the vessel defines an opening for accepting a fluid;
the second empty volume is less than the first empty volume;
and the second shape is different from the first shape;
and an affinity net that rests within the vessel, wherein the affinity net is comprised of a non-bibulous material and is configured to bind with analytes from the fluid;
a compacting device configured to press the affinity net into a lowest apex of the collapsible collection container forming an inner bottom of the collapsible collection container;
wherein the affinity net is configured to be compacted by the compacting device such that the analytes within the affinity net are concentrated when the affinity net is compacted; and
wherein the inner bottom of the collapsible collection container and a portion of the compacting tool are complementarily-shaped.
