1. A prosthetic implant comprising:
a body portion configured to attach to a vertebral body, the body portion comprising an upper portion corresponding to at least one prosthetic superior facet and a lower portion corresponding to at least one prosthetic inferior facet;
a first mount and a second mount attached to the upper portion, wherein the first mount and the second mount are configured to each receive a fixation member independent of the body portion.
